Real talk on cost

The questions everyone asks before they buy.

How much does it actually cost to run?

About $5–10/month at typical usage (just the cron jobs). Plus your Anthropic API credits. The included docs/anthropic-setup.md walks you through capping monthly spend at $20 so there are no surprises.

I also use Claude Code. Will this affect that?

Yes — if you don't isolate billing. Both tools draw from the same Anthropic pool by default, which means a heavy Claude Code session can eat into ClawFlow's budget (and vice versa). The setup guide explains how to give each tool its own dedicated budget so they can't interfere. Skipping this is the #1 surprise-bill pitfall.

Can I run it without Anthropic?

Yes via Ollama fallback. Your local model handles cron jobs when Anthropic is unavailable or you want zero API spend. Works best with qwen3:8b or larger — daily summaries can hit 90k+ tokens on busy days, so you want a model with enough context.

Built by someone who actually uses it

I'm Koen — Lead Data Scientist, 10+ years in the field. I manage multiple projects simultaneously, and I was drowning in context switching.

So I built a system. Automated morning briefs to start my day with clarity. Daily summaries so I never lose track of what I worked on. Weekly reviews to spot problems before they escalate.

I've been running this system daily for 2 months. It works. And I got tired of seeing other OpenClaw users struggle with the same problems I solved, so I packaged it up.

Common questions

"I could build this myself."
Absolutely. That's exactly what I did — it took about 30 hours to get right. The cron orchestration, the memory search integration, the multi-project architecture, the edge cases. ClawFlow saves you that time. You're buying proven workflows, not just code.
What do I need to run ClawFlow?
OpenClaw (the free version works fine). Optionally: a Todoist account and Google Calendar for integrations. The free skill runs on any OpenClaw setup. The Complete template works best with the OpenClaw cron system.
Is this a subscription?
No. €89 once. You own it forever. Future updates included. No recurring fees, no "pro tier," no bait-and-switch.
Is my data private?
100%. Everything runs locally on your machine through OpenClaw. No data leaves your computer. No cloud, no analytics, no tracking. Your notes, your summaries, your memory — all yours.
Can I customize the schedule and format?
Yes. Change cron times, modify brief templates, add integrations, adjust the output format. The Complete template includes a full customization playbook that walks you through everything.
What if it doesn't work for me?
Try the free skill first — it gives you a taste of the system with no risk. If the Complete template doesn't meet your expectations, reach out. I want this to work for you.
What if I use ClickUp / Monday / Notion?
Every paid template includes 1 custom integration setup via GitHub issue. We configure it async — no call needed.
Can I use multiple task managers at once?
Yes! Use Todoist + Linear together. ClawFlow merges them in your briefs.
